| Chiron and Sommer led the race almost constantly. Sommer beat the lap record at 85 km/h. Chiron had a mechanical failure on the 20th lap, later Sommer had trouble as well. Jean Dupuy wins the race with 41 laps (142 km) in 1h58min 13s. |

The second day during the second round, Jean Dupuy came back with a vengance and took a big lead, with an average speed of 71km/h. He also won the first round which gave him the title of European Champion. |

He lost a leg during a motorcycle acciedent. He was still around in the early 50's working at Paris Soir. Dorothy passed away in early 2000 in Palm Beach Fla.)
